3 stars: My app was brilliant until the latest update in the last couple of weeks, no longer works at all, have emailed for support twice, but clearly HikVision don't give two hoots unfortunately

5 stars: This mobile cctv viewing app is excellent & so easy to setup & use..you can also configure all the settings to suit your mobile device.! I've got mine running super smooth in 1080p on my New samsung galaxy S6..You'll love it..! 😃 Updated on 2 July 2016: New added features for the app' & seems to to running a lot smoother in fast forward & more responsive too.! I've a had an email back from Hikvision support UK, to say that they are developing some new added features for this app' coming out soon.!
