4 stars: - I like in general this application, but exist things which is possible to improve: 1. A feedback from landlord (Vermieter) like in WhatsApp Message was received, message was read. If landlord do not reply after he read, you could know that you do not have a chance to take this apartment. I call this improve real chat option. 2. A filter for furnished apartment. 3. Punishment for non real photo. Most of apartments nice furnished in the photo, but in reality you able to understand that is no furniture only from discuss with landlord. Must be some registration procedure that force landlord to describe the furniture.
