4 stars: Decent. Better than a hard token. But please remove the time out and return to PIN. Shouldn't have to keep typing in PIN after 2/3 refreshes of a code. Hard tokens continually generate number. So should this! Please remove ASAP
4 stars: It does what it's supposed to. My only complaint is that if you get a new phone or reset your phone (which is frequently enough for most users), you need to go through the entire process of getting it set up with the IT department again.
4 stars: Soft keypad for numeric entry should be made much taller. At present, it covers barely 1/3 of the screen, which makes entry mistakes too easy.
