4 stars: InstaSize: Photo Editor, Picture Effects & Collage apk download - Great for adjusting images to a 1:1 ratio with a solid background but I wish I could overlap images and didnt have to pay for filters. I also wish filters could adjust multiple images seperately. Would also be great if images snapped to vertical or horizontal layouts similar to Instagrams sticker positioning.
