5 stars: I've been having an issue on a Note 9 and now my new S23+ where I'll get a notification for email, but when I go to the app, I've got 4 or 5 emails from up to an hour prior that didn't notify me.. I've unrestricted the app from battery and os optimizations, but it still lags on notifying me of emails as they happen... I've cleared cache, data and everything else as well. Please advise...
4 stars: Searching in emails does not work well in the app. It misses what I'm trying to find unless it's in the inbox or a folder I created. Anything accidentally deleted cannot be found. I have to use the native email app on my phone to find lost email.
3 stars: App malfunctions a lot while in use. Click on an email to open it, and instead it opens an email 6 rows up, so you have to go back to your inbox, scroll back to it, and open it again. This is really the only bug I think I'm experiencing but it has been stressful nonetheless. I've accidentally deleted or even opened links in the wrong emails because it opens the wrong thing
2 stars: Too many annoyances to mention all. one of them is clicking on message notification bar when a new message arrive doesn't bring up the new message. most of the time it will bring up the last message the user is looking at. Other times it will take you to the super annoying user agreement screen. Spam like ads placed in inbox that can easily be mistaken for a new message. the list goes on.
