5 stars: this is a good app for online shopping. but I have a little problem about it. the preview is lag while sliding the pictures on review section. i think my phone already enough fast to install the it. please, give an update to fix this problem.
4 stars: Version 3.207. Adressed most of previous versions quirk. Performance wise, this version is much better. Losing one star for the overly crowded ui.
3 stars: Halo. Tokopedia is my fav market place. I have suggestion for improvement. Please separate ratings for store (for the product) and for expedition (for courier). I bought a product and the receiver was CHAIR. The courier left it on top of my chair! Who's gonna responsible if the product is stolen? How I report reckless courier? 1 star for store is unfair. Please, please, create ratings for courier. Thanks
3 stars: Tokped has been my favourite marketplace, but recently all my 'free ongkir' orders are all late!!! I know this is due to the courier service Si Cepat but Tokped has to be able to control their partner in terms of delivery time and attitude. Switch them if you have to! They even throw my package while I have a delivery box ready!! The courier never read the sign on the package
2 stars: The UI is very friendly and it's easy to use. What's my problem come from it's consistency when applied a refund. The first notification are different with the second and the second different with the third one.
