5 stars: This app was recommended to me by a massage therapist, and has helped immensely with my back pain. Best app purchase by far! I would only lengthen the amount of time spent in poses. Dancefitme offers a wide range of courses that fit every level of fitness. The instructors create great sequences for all your needs! There are classes to help with emotional balance, stress, sleep, flexibility, muscle recovery and more.Love it.
2 stars: Unfortunately not what I expected. The advertisements show various dance styles with ability to select songs, and group style classes. The app is very limited, single instructors, no ability to change your program or preferences and there are few videos available in the database at this time. No option to try the
2 stars: Seem to be really fun and all but like many others have said, it's almost impossible to find the free routines even by checking only the 3-minutes ones... I will probably still buy the subscription just because I wanna try the dances but it is dissapointing to see the struggle to find the free videos. Hopefully, the devs will make it easier at some point.
