4 stars: Update: The app seems more stable now, I'll give it 4 stars since overall it is pretty good. Original: Overall it is okay when it does work, but the settings randomly reset on you. Today my schedule and map disappeared and I had to reprogram the schedule. I sure hope this doesn't keep happening. It's not called
4 stars: Great product, the app is pretty great too! Have had minor issues where I select ultra clean in one area and it goes to a different area, then back to the dock. Would be nice to see the progress of what has been cleaned during the process as well.
3 stars: It's great to be able to maintain cleaning of your home during the week. I love the self emptying feature which I use maybe once a month. The fact that we have a dog & it picks up the hair no problem is amazing. However I would think it would great to be able to program specific rooms and have no go zones for scheduling purposes.
2 stars: Last update messed everything up. I'm not sure what happened but since the app was updated I've had to reset my vacuum twice and it's getting lost again. I'm not convinced having it map everything out is going to fix anything. I try to send it to a specific room and it does every room but that one. It's drunk all the time; it used to work so well. Hope y'all can fix this soon.
