5 stars: 2019: This is the absolute best way to buy tickets. My favorite for when I travel. 2022: I still use this app every time I get tickets. It's the most reliable way and tons of rush ticket options. I love the rush tickets because sometimes I find great shows and the best deals. Great seats every time.
4 stars: Tickets are not held for sufficient time as banks are asking for confirmation it's the cardholder I was dumped out of my basket because the checkout time is too fast .you should be given 10 minutes especially as you need to use your message app to get then the bank send your code

2 stars: Constantly displays false pricing. It'll tell you that tickets start at £25 and once you click on it, there are no options/times in that range. If you do buy rush tickets, you don't get to pick your seats, they're randomly assigned. I've also found that most times the tickets are cheaper from the theatre. So I'm not really sure what the point of this app is....
2 stars: App ok, nothing special. Really annoying that I was not allowed to book 3 seats together for different prices. They were near the front and the only 3 left why not!!!
