5 stars: The app is user-friendly. The only issue is the time provided for one to accept the trip, and of course one needs to know before the trip is accepted where the person needs to be dropped. As this will safeguard the driver from driving into high risk areas.
5 stars: Great app with outstanding benefits. Although I feel the driver should have a option of viewing current price in other to know when there is a error in price calculations and do a review on time. Also the drivers score doesn't reflect the true circumstances of driving, it only assumes and its negative feedback affects the driver
4 stars: The app is very good for both driver and riders. I only want to recommend that, you increase the fares so that drives can be able to redeem monies incurred in buying fuel( very high). Thanks
4 stars: The app is good good i enjoy it, but only two( 2) things have to fixed. One the security of the drivers, two the client other a ride few minutes before the arrival they cancel, bot should compensate the drivers for their fule. Three if a client did not pay for his or her trip and was reported to bolt, should compensate the driver
3 stars: On an average, the app is good to go. But some things needs to be fixed. 1. Inaccurate/misleading directions 2. Doesn't respond on time some times 3. If an audio could be added just like google that would be great. So that one does not keep looking at the map from time to time. So far so good, the app is ok.
