5 stars: the app has been having issues for months now. it will randomly empty my cart, show nothing in deliveries even though i have orders I'm waiting for, won't let me post reviews of completed orders, etc. I love the in-person service and everything else about the company, but the app needs to be fixed :/
4 stars: [🦊] In general, nothing to complain about. But! There are very few products in certain categories. I've been looking for a shirt for years now, and I still can't find the right one. It might not be your problem, so I gave the app 4 stars.
4 stars: Great service but needs an English version otherwise search facility is poor when relying on Google Translate and the app is useless due to language. It's not hard to add a language guys, there's thousands of expats use this great service.
3 stars: The last update crashed the app completely! Nothing works. The old purchases still show as on the way. The current purchase statuses are all the same - purchased. I am unable to follow the status of my purchases, to buy new products. Everything is messed up.
3 stars: It was not easy to update the app even after turning off the parental controls. Also this is the first shopping app that I use which is without ANY opportunity to get an advice or an assistance, no customer support option at all.
