5 stars: Very reliable and accurate. The only problem for me was being an inexperienced public transit user, and not knowing the route information, it would be nice to offer a description of the route, info for the traveller who is not familiar with the area. Looking for a map in the app with all the routes, lines and stations. Still a great app ! And has saved me much guessing
4 stars: I use the app regularly and it's currently the best of it's kind. I do have few issues. 1. The ads are awful they do their timing is bad. I would love a paid option to get rid of them. 2. The location search bar needs work. It does not find places I would easily find on google Maps. Hope those can be improved.
3 stars: It's an incredibly useful app, but recently I'm getting a lot of ads. I understand that an app needs to make money, but the ads are way too frequent, popping in random steps, covering the entire screen, and each ad has a different closing button, some very small. This is an app you use outside, on the way, in the sun or in the rain and ads make it extremely difficult to operate sometimes.
3 stars: Please return the large map display area, with the ability to hide the bottom table with the route, as it was before, it is very annoying, since the visible map area has become smaller. And please make the option to disable the mark on the map
