5 stars: I've been using this service for about 4 years and I've never had a bad experience. I used another food delivery service and both times were a bad experience. Sticking with waitr/ASAP.
5 stars: The food I was ordered was easy to track, it came straight to me and was hot. It was in perfect condition and the delivery driver carefully handed to me keeping it upright so nothing spilled. It was obvious that it hadn't slid around inside the container, nothing was mixed together. I'm very pleased with my order and will be using Waiter again.
4 stars: First time using the revamped ASAP(formerly waitr) was not good! They gave credits and this time went wonderfully! Only issue is we need the ability to tip our driver after delivery. I was afraid to tip this time because of bad experience and couldn't give her a tip.
4 stars: The menu selections on waitr are usually more limited than what's actually available onsite and it's often simply too expensive because of the fees and additional tip costs. Overall though, it's an awesome option to have on hand and I really appreciate the delivery drivers.
3 stars: I dont have any issues with the app. It's the service fee's for me. The fee's on here are as bad if not worse than UberEats now. I get this is a Luxury, but it shouldn't double the cost of my order. $10 in fees on a $20 order is a little ridiculous and that's before I have decided to tip the driver or seen the actual
