5 stars: Update: The response from the game manufacturer was quick and solved the problem. Very impressed with the customer service. For the last 2 special events, weekly and monthly, I haven't had them appear in my game so I can play them. I don't see any updates I've missed and my emojis area has updated so I'm really sad I'm missing out on the extras. I've never had any real problems with the game before now. Please help!
4 stars: I really love playing this game! It is always fun plus the events are always really great! My ONLY complaint is that sometimes the game will freeze, and I have to escape out of it. When this happens I lose whatever powerups I have chosen, and it acts as if I left the game by choice. If they find a way to fix this so it knows when the game has frozen so you don't lose your stuff that would be amazing!

3 stars: It's fun, but the differential between the progress you can make for free and the progress you can make only with large financial contributions is too vast. I've had it for less than a week but I find myself losing interest already because even if I play multiple times throughout the day as my lives refresh, I make practically zero progress towards any goals.
