5 stars: I have been playing this game for a while. I love it! It can have some hard levels but not hard even you have to pay to pass. This is what I like about this game. Any time I need my game data transferred to a new phone, they always respond to emails and get it done quickly. I tried other clinic sim games and this is the only one I can genuinely recommend
3 stars: A fairly decent game, I enjoy the endless levels, but the normal levels become too difficult too fast, so I end up playing endless and watching ads to get the coin I need to upgrade. It'd be nice if you could also go back and replay other levels if you missed out on keys. The payout for completing a level with a star and 2 keys also needs an increase in payout
2 stars: Too challenging unless you pay money. I consider myself pretty good at games like this but the fact that you continue to lose each level because they are so hard and only get a couple coins if you lose you can't unlock things very quickly to be able to actually pass the levels. Really wish they would make the difficulty more reasonable because I would totally be giving this game five stars.
2 stars: Ever since the update I'm having issues with the ads for double rewards. It says
