4 stars: I love this game!! However, the battle portion really needs to be optimised. After X amount of bugs are on the board, the game lags and everybody just runs back and forth in confusion without actually hitting anyone, so battles take waaay longer than necessary. I once cheesed a boss when it glitched and wouldn't stop running in circles around my ants so they just kept hitting it. If this is fixed, I'll change my rating to 5 stars.
2 stars: Gets grindy and repetitive quickly. Even though this is the kind of game where you need to relax and look at the ants pull apart things, by far the best way to generate food is to constantly tap. Full to the brim with ads: optional, forced and scummy, by which I mean there's an ad on your upgrade button that you can hit if you're not paying attention. Only 7 items to take apart. No rat.
2 stars: Pretty, but no substance. This game has some gorgeous graphics and animation, I am genuinely impressed at how realistic the ants look when consuming the foods. But, this is just a cookie clicker clone - if you have fun with that, then this is a pretty version of it - but, the gameplay amounts to simply clicking the same buttons thousands of times.
