5 stars: Seriously love Breathwrk! A variety of these exercises have helped strengthen my mental health, and have helped me gain energy, better rest, and mental clarity in and around my lifestyle of night-shift employment. The Pro version is definitely worth the money, as well, as the additional exercises and classes are so good! This is hands down the best app that I have downloaded in a long time, and I wish I'd gotten into it sooner!
4 stars: Functionally, it performs very well. No errors thus far. My only gripe is that the suggestion to upgrade to the paid version is a bit overbearing. Also its distracting and disappointing to see ALL of the 🔐 locked items which are unavailable. Its a bit upsetting for an app designed with intent to help you.
4 stars: Breathwrk is great to use, the app is well built and rarely bugs. It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. I wish more exercises were available for free.
3 stars: This is a super useful app with just the free version. However, my experience is not the greatest and it makes me not want to pay 45$ for the premium service. The sounds of the inhale often just sound as if it's repeating and being placed infront rather than smooth transitions. It's distracting. As well it's clear that most things are locked under premium but you have to explore each item to know. Why make it feel as if I can access more?
