5 stars: Edit: costumer service was great and after some back and forth they ware able to change it and fix the problem. ------ I gave a Life A2 to my daughter specifically because of the noise cancelling feature as she is sensitiveto noises. She can't use it because she is 12 years old and the app, for some reason, is blocked for under 17. Now the earphone is useless.
5 stars: Works perfectly with my Liberty Air 2's and updating its firmware is flawless and simple. App interface is very easy to go through. And for those who updated the app recently and are unsure how to change the EQ to something like Soundcore Signature and Bass Booster for example, tap on the little arrow on the right side of the tab that says
4 stars: Normally I find that equalizer presets are awful. For this, though, I tried them all and was blown away by Riley Makin's preset. It sounds amazing! The app itself is good but is starting to become too marketing-oriented. And please drop the music player. We already have those in abundance. Please focus on what you do best, not sub-par features that won't get used. Thanks.
3 stars: App is pretty good an simple, but it is sorely lacking the ability to disable the capacitive touch on device that have it. In several situation, like sleeping with the headphones in, it would be reassuring to know that the settings aren't going to change as I move around.
