5 stars: Sometimes the game is stuck and it will not let you pass a puzzle. This usually happens during an event. Very frustrating. Played same puzzle for over an hour ! But when you get in touch with support, they are helpful. I do enjoy the progress of the game. Just wish I could complete all the challenges. Passed level 2000 though.

3 stars: 7/15/22....it turns out that i never could give up on this game, even when frustrated and stuck, I have returned time after time and continued to play it for quite some time. ****8/9/22: I am very frustrated with the most recent update which was supposed to be for the new event. It has taken away my option to watch an ad and spin for 1 to 3 extra spins and I a don't like it
2 stars: Edited: I absolutely love this game.But lately ur making the boards way too hard. Im not able to finish the events cuz I get stuck.So I lost them. Same with the side rooms. Edit10/7 I keep getting kicked out of my game. Every time I beat a board finally kicked out. It seems I'm always kicked out. And thus has been since the new update. Please fix or I will have to Uninstall after 4 years of playing.
