5 stars: Hi, I've bought some stuff thru this app. Honestly, the offers and coupons that available in 11s is quite good and competitive with other e-commerce apps out there. I have a very big suggestion that 11s should step up their User Interface. Their colors, fonts, icons etc. With some rebranding might boost up the app
3 stars: Still a lot of bugs. Especially filling up the forms completely, there is always a bug before getting to submit. Still needs improvement
3 stars: i was trying to claim my rewards from grab on presto app, encounter out of stock issue, login error 500. submitted a request to contact form and never get any response for over 1month. finally emailed to hello got my reply and finally rectified the issue. but the shop still yet to fullfill my request from 23rd aug. app still buggy.
2 stars: Now after switch to new, still same problems. From main page choose categories: women dress, go sub-categories: midi dress, enter in one product, after review, enter backward will go back to main page, not sub -categories: midi dress! It is very irritating & stupid!! Very time consuming, if want to look for another design.
2 stars: I'm having problem with the item purchased, the item is defective. I'm not comfortable and confident that my complaint has been taken care and expedited. I think after sales is very important especially when client is facing problems.
