3 stars: It's great. Until it isn't. It did everything it promised, then all of a sudden,
3 stars: Great for getting Rx's asap, bad for anyone with questions about what the drug is doing to your body.
2 stars: First appointment went great. Got to see an aprn in less then an hour. Scheduled a follow up a week later. Sat there with the app open for over an hour while I waited for them to connect. Eventually, they charged me $30 for missing the appointment, which i had to call them and get them to refund. When i tried to reschedule, it was three days until they had anything available
2 stars: Can be a very useful service but they make a clear effort to collect as many $120 late cancellation or no show fees as they can. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours they charge you, but they don't send a reminder notification about your appointment until 1 hour before. Preying on people trying to get help in this way is despicable
