4 stars: Disappointed with this app. It worked okay ish then they upgrade it and it lost some functionality. Pretty poor I'd say. In these days of high tech and clever people I would have expected more development or at least stay at the the same level .....not go downhill. Update..... yeh the direction facility is back just go onto laystore and update. Thank you.
3 stars: I love my new hearing aids but this app is just ok. Bluetooth isn't very reliable and I find myself needing to reconnect. Kinda silly that it shows how many steps I take, as it has absolutely nothing to do with my hearing. I like how it shows my battery usage.
2 stars: The app is simple enough to use. Issues to date are inconsistent volume. Will see volume bar on phone flash on screen and volume is turned down each time this happens, until no sound at all. Missed alot of calls because of this and message notification. This app needs better support for Android phones.
