5 stars: I strongly recommend Uber. 97% of the time the service is very good to excellent. 3% of the time there have been issues. Only 2 negative experiences... a no show.. 10 minutes after confirmation that they were on the way. The second bad experience was no room in the trunk for luggage even though it was an airport pickup.... and no assistane loading the luggage. I'm a senior. And No Tip.
4 stars: Always great, make sure your at your destination and dont make them wait 3 mins cause they will leave you lol learned that the hard way, it is an additional charge as well. I hope that the option for setting up timed pickups becomes more available as ive never been able to set a time when i would like to be picked up by the uber, it is an option but finding an uber driver that can do it is close to never.
3 stars: It's annoying when you have to wait very long wait times because some driver decided to accept a ride while still completing another. I have to cancel the long ones just to get one nearby. I spend $400 a month on uber and not a single discount ever presented. At the start when uber came out I used to get them. Guess when you get big that's what happens.
2 stars: Drivers seem to get away with accepting and then cancelling trips with no consequence for them all too frequently. Regularly find myself not able to get anyone to accept trips at all despite multiple drivers being in the area. The pre-book/schedule trips feature NEVER works. Ever! What's the point...
