2 stars: The app quiet sucks. I love the robot but the app is cumbersome. Sometimes a new map would appear which I cannot delete. Sometimes parts of my map are overwritten randomly. A map cannot be restored after deletion etc. I understand that it's not easy to get something like this to work but my parents would never be able to use this thing. Still: Buy a Roborock over a Roomba.
2 stars: Some wise developer made it really hard to find which floor to clean in multi map setting. Previously it was just a button on the main ui page to select the level. Why did this move to a difficult edit map and hidden floor selection there? Also the manual has no updates on this . All wrong info there
