4 stars: After having broken down the app now seems to be running correctly and efficiently again. Thanks to Three for a prompt fix. I use this almost on a daily basis and tiwards the end of my monthly term it can be really important to me for it to work so I don't go over my alliwance. I know I will get a warning message but it's not the same as having the app running properly.
4 stars: Good but could use improvement, I currently have 2 contracts, to be able to manage both I have to log out and then back in with th second mobile number. It would be much easier if I could sign in with my email and manage both accounts.
3 stars: Just updated this app and account does not tally with info using customer service. What's going on?? Very frustrating!!!! Please get it fixed. I don't want to have to ring customer service every time I want to check on my balance every time. Just checked again and everything is now as it should be. Many thanks for speedy resolution of the problem
2 stars: The UI is dated and unattractive. Terrible font and is mostly all black. Bizarrely many queries end up pulling the desktop web pages and you leave the App. The desktop pages look really awful on a phone screen (never mind on a desktop). I try to avoid visiting the Three App or website as the user experience is so poor.
