4 stars: does what it's supposed to. functionality, flexibility and continuous improvement.. lacking in 2 areas.. firstly, documentation or manual or tutorials in english is seriously lacking. some terms / words / instructions in the app has been translated word for word fm Mandarin to english, hence wihin certain context, some doesn't make sense at all. will give a 5 once this is rectified.
3 stars: Language setting is english but open some page still on chinese language. Please fix it.
3 stars: The app keeps creating log files and sending the log files to some servers every 7 to 10 minutes. The app seems to be very busy all the time that it drains the phone's battery very quickly. The app seems to be very busy all the time that it slows down the whole phone to a crawl. Hopefully all these can be fixed, so that I can start using DingTalk again.
2 stars: Keep it lite and smooth. This app is very slow, keep upgrade. Also make a solution for network error.
2 stars: It was suppose to be a very usable app but the new version is almost a piece of junk. I cannot use the online classroom. I've used it for about 3 times but now it's just always its just...
