3 stars: Mostly great, but I wish I could download digital pattern files from the app. Currently you have to open it in a web browser and the app doesn't even link the the browser for you. Also the updates tab for stores I follow seems to have disappeared in a recent update.
3 stars: I do love Etsy normally. Think it's a brilliant platform for more niche and independent brands. However not liking the latest update button as its so hidden, took me quite a while to find it which I think will be negative for the independent sellers. I almost missed 3 offers of a welcome discount to products/brands and I'm imagining it's revenue they'd rather not be losing due to the new location of the update button.
5 stars: I always turn to etsy when I'm looking for something special/unusual. There are some beautiful items on there. Ordering is straightforward and hassle-free. I've only ever had an issue with a seller once - my order didn't arrive and they weren't communicating with me - and etsy dealt with the matter immediately and issued a full refund.
