5 stars: I love this app!! I am forgetful so it reminds me of appointments! I'm also all over the place so it's hard to keep track of past diagnosis' and test results but everything is kept on record. The interface is super easy and user friendly and it's nice to have my medical history at the tip of my fingers! I understand that they had an unfortunate update issue last year but it seems to be fixed now (I have never had a problem).
5 stars: Great way to help get/keep your health in check! Very easy and convenient to schedule appointments, view test results, and communicate with your doctors. It also has a lot of useful links and resources for you to use. Definitely beats spending hours on the phone scheduling and trying to keep track of all your appointments, especially if you have a handful or more of doctors like I do.
4 stars: Very user friendly. For the most part easy to navigate to find documents and messages. A good portal to communicate with providers. Also very good at sending important notifications and allowing option to electronically check in. Not allowed to screen shot or copy, which for me is a negative because sometimes it's easier to screen shot versus writing/typing the information I need.
4 stars: I can log in on a computer just fine, but I have been getting a server connection error for over a week. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Until this issue is able to be resolved, I give it a 1-star (since I can't give it a 0-star). ...
