5 stars: This is the best app of it's kind I've found. Most issues with it come from the posters not correctly setting up the filters for their listings (Ex. Not flagging their pet friendly building as pet friendly), which is a bit annoying but no fault of the developers. Easy to set up and save filters, favourites, and create alerts. Helpful average pricing over time charts are a plus.
3 stars: I do love this app. I use it to see what the market looks like currently. Sadly, on my phone at lease, when a lot of properties shown at once the slower the app gets and I have accedently sent request for information because of it. Maybe if the app had a 2 step sending process it might stop situations like this.
3 stars: I tried to contact a rental but because I couldn't remember my password it wouldn't let me. You also need current password to change it. There is no forgot password option. I cannot use this service. Absolute waste of my time. Most rentals want you to email, send messages or fill out apps but won't go through with out password
4 stars: Zumper, has shown us some, video tour, of the apartment, but we would like to see them; first want to see them! God , help us all, trying to get a place to rent, it's a living nightmare, looking for place to rent \u0026 gas to get there; we'll be homeless forever!!!
