3 stars: app crashes, freezes and often won't initialize. I find the mobile site does the same. It would be helpful to be able to make account changes in the app (ie, add long distance calling to the US in app, rather than call in to customer service. This was available when I was a Bell customer). Nice to have the app to check usage and pay a bill, but function is limited and crashes are frustrating.
3 stars: Easy to view bills, usage, and change some options yourself. But not all options, like blocking US roaming, are available as self serve and you need to call in or chat to get them. The chat window is blocked by the keyboard so you can't see what you or the agent are typing and this needs to be fixed. A widget to monitor data usage would be really useful but isn't a part of this app.
3 stars: I don't use the app very often. When I do, sometimes it is very difficult to find what I am looking for. I manage 4 devices on my account. When there is an overage, all are flagged. If I want to find when a phone is ready for upgrade, I spend a lot of time going through screens trying to find the right one. It would be easier if each device had a list of drop-down options.
4 stars: All-in-all, app. is very clean and easy to use; what's missing is a clearer means of displaying info. pertaining to data usage/consumption and remaining data. That's how it is for me at least ... So, for example, a pie chart illustrating 'data used' as well as 'data left' or whatever would be ...
