5 stars: this is hands down the best yoga/exercise app out there. You can customize practice length, difficulty,style, music preferences, even down to the voice of the instructor! I use the meditation and yoga but plan to add in Hit too . So many good things to say about this. I highly recommend!!
5 stars: In my experience it can be difficult to find a class that really suits you. Depending on your energy level, skill level, mood, and physical needs, you end up not finding an optimal personal practice. the versatility of this app brings so much variation to each session. It's really well done in my opinion and I highly recommend trying it out. It's not perfect, but nothing is. Looking forward to improvements as it evolves.
5 stars: I've had this app for almost 2 years now. I love it because it generates a new routine for you each time you use it, using the settings you set for it. This app is already 5 stars for me, but the features I'd like to see are: 1. Chromecast capability 2. Injury mode, that filters out poses, so you don't get a pose you can't do at that moment
5 stars: I started Down Dog with a free trial and it made me realize how great it is to move my body. I noticed a difference in my flexibility after a few sessions! I like how you can personalize the experience with music, targeted moves, speed, and length. The video makes it easy to follow along. Amazing app.
