4 stars: Honestly I don't give a review unless it's really bad... My android can't even connect to the smart sync app 80% of the time. And when it says it's paired via Bluetooth, I can't use the smart sync app. The instructions are there on how to use it, but the actual page to navigate through the deck, does not work. Very disappointed until the glitch changes... Update: it's much better now \ud83d\udc4d\ud83c\udffc
4 stars: This app was fine before the update to 3.0. The app connects when you start the vehicle. You can not connect to the app manually. Once you connect to the app, it works wonderful. This app still has issues even after the lastest update 4.0. When you start your vehicle, it'll connect 50%-60 % off the time vs 10%-20% on the 3.0 version. Bluetooth without the app still works perfect.
4 stars: Had been very frustrated connecting Bluetooth. Have just updated the firmware on the player. What a difference but still not a full fix. After a period of time app becomes unresponsive and have to disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth.
4 stars: Initial review for the sph-c10bt using app version 4 and the recent firmware update: Bluetooth connection is now reliable (!), and possibly faster than before the updates. Haven't had a dig through all of the app settings and features yet, but those I have used worked nicely. 5 stars doesn't seem warranted, as it shouldn't have taken this long to address the Bluetooth issues for a flagship device.
