4 stars: Great app for ordering food. Customer service has also been very efficient in the past. I had an issue where a restaurant had neither confirmed not denied my order for ages, and so I had to contact just eat to cancel my order and get a refund which was done without issue
5 stars: App works great. Some places could do with better description or menu layouts but that's not JustEat's fault. It's laziness from the food providers.
3 stars: Food is average.. good delivery service but they always delivery to the wrong address and I do be waiting at the door for them that's the only down fall
5 stars: Kebabs are great, delivery is fast and they even read the comments when you ask for extra that's not avalible to pick from online menu and they send it with the order. Orderd few times and never a problem.
3 stars: it's not a bad food app but could definitely do with an update it's been the same for years now. would really love to see more visual menu's bit I'm sure that's upto the restaurants too, also better tracking for the delivery would make it a lot nicer to use
5 stars: Does what a food ordering app does, order food without hassle. I wish more restaurants near my area did takeaways
