3 stars: This is a super useful app with just the free version. However, my experience is not the greatest and it makes me not want to pay 45$ for the premium service. The sounds of the inhale often just sound as if it's repeating and being placed infront rather than smooth transitions. It's distracting. As well it's clear that most things are locked under premium but you have to explore each item to know. Why make it feel as if I can access more?
5 stars: it actually work, i was in panic everytime I'm interacting with people and we have online classes and i need to answer for good grades and breathing works. i like it actually i love it. I'm very calm and relaxed during this onilne class for the first time hahahaha, that's all love it!
4 stars: I appreciate the variety of breathwork exercises. Lots to choose from! The visuals, sound, and vibrations are very helpful in completing the exercises as well. I like that I can set my time for how long I do the practice for. One thing I'd love to have within it is the ability to build my own intervals. An option to edit the timing for inhales/exhales and holds and then put them in whichever combination for intervals I want.
4 stars: Love the app, really nice and helpful. My only gripe about it is you can't turn on a dark mode setting. That being a bit of a nuisance when trying to wind down for bed with some breathing exercises. If a dark mode setting is added I'd 100% update my review to five stars!
