5 stars: This app is not much use to me until they bring out an English language version. I find it impossible to get it to work. SUBSEQUENT COMMENT: I am now very happy with the app. It is useful for organising/keeping HES codes and for the maps of infection density. Excellent.
4 stars: Exclusive for Turkish citizen only. Mostly for foreigners or individual whim married to Turkish not much option available. Vaccine information and availability for foreigners not shown or even provided information in the dashboard. Even though i have my permit ID. Will be great apps if link to certain apps and it sync real time.

3 stars: This application gives you current coronavirus statistics and the HES code which is mandatory for domestic travel in Turkey. I downloaded it for the latter reason. However, it is not clear how the code works. The application should clarify this. You just get the HES code, and use it for travel.
3 stars: I can no longer use this app. Whenever i try to see my HES Code it's always error. Then i tried to re-log in and it says I have no internet connection. But my internet is fine. How can i solve this issue?
