4 stars: The format of the app leaves a bit to be desired (not sure how to switch between how much longer left in the chapter vs the whole book), the app in general is pretty good and the selection of books is great! I'm currently listening to the Zen of Therapy and Lost Discoveries, and the narration and audio quality for both is good too.
5 stars: I am new to this program and app; so far it has been really easy to use. I've had no problems finding books, and listening to them even offline. I've started the Outlander series and I am nearing the end of the first book I love the narrator, and the sound Quality. Very pleased!

VIP rewards could have a larger selection since there's a huge variety of genres if you're looking for something specific you might not be able to get it in a given month.
