3 stars: It works reasonably well, and no major issues. I have no problems logging in, unlike some other providers I could mention. I have given it 3 stars, as I think the app could with some colour, on the different navigation menu options. I agree with others the live chat is not the best, it needs to be improved.
4 stars: I can easily check how much data that I have left. If you wish to see which numbers you have called or sent a text message to, one does have to do some digging to find this information. This should be made more straightforward. But apart from that, I think that the Three app works well.
5 stars: Brilliant app, everything is so convenient, the live chat option is perfect, I ordered my new phone without having to speak to anybody! Very easy to use also \ud83d\udc4c
3 stars: I'm disappointed as I have besid my account 3 accounts with three for my kids and I'm not able to control or monitor my kids data spending, because three doesn't allow viewing multi accounts one account. I never have any problems with all my previous provider
5 stars: Very happy with Three and their Mobile BB, delivered everything it said it would with no fuss - no hassle. Gone from 15 to 60 mbps, all for \u00a320 pm. Good Customer Service Team and easy set up. \ud83c\udfc6 \ud83d\udcaf
