5 stars: Love the app but I would love it even more if there was an option to preset a weekly or monthly workout schedule of the individual classes you want to do and mark them off when completed-just like it does when its an actual month long series. Id love yo be able tp create and track my own with various instructors.
5 stars: Great variety of professional workouts, movement and meditation for any time length or style you could hope for. Love the teachers, especially the spiritual side of things.
3 stars: I love Alamos I love the content I love the teachers I love everything about this app except for the app itself. The problem is it quits on me all the time at least once a day I've done everything I can to update the app update my phone like literally everything and it just keeps doing it so I don't know it's still worth it to me, the content is everything. 5 stars: I am literally so happy I found this app. I have been looking for something that includes pilates, yoga an meditation and this app has it all! I o longer need three types of apps to get all that I need. I ESPECIALLY love the workout series and challenges. It s a little more pricey than most workout apps but I think it is worth the money.
