3 stars: Hi, There are millions of foreigners living in South Korea. We all are struggling to use coupang app due to the language barrier. If you can develop the coupang app to use various languages, that would be great and it will increase the sales by 30% for sure. 5 stars: I agree that coupang would be better if they added more language selections to their app but remember it's not mandatory for them to do so. There are so many ways to get around the language barrier if you try. And those who complain about faulty products, again you need to work around the language barrier and see if the company selling it is a reliable one, judt like would with amazon.

5 stars: This app is excellent. You do need to be able to read Korean to use it. The fact that it doesn't have an English option doesn't take away from all of the perks the app has.
