5 stars: I consider myself a pretty emotional person. I get worked up very quickly and my job is quite stressful. This is one of the only things I have tried that works. All of the excersises are simple and the app looks great. Also love the fact that they are constantly updating.
3 stars: This is a super useful app with just the free version. However, my experience is not the greatest and it makes me not want to pay 45$ for the premium service. The sounds of the inhale often just sound as if it's repeating and being placed infront rather than smooth transitions. It's distracting. As well it's clear that most things are locked under premium but you have to explore each item to know. Why make it feel as if I can access more?
4 stars: Change the notification sound!!! Was watching a thriller and heard breathing sounds. Turned out it was the notification sound. Nearly jumped out of bed.
5 stars: I have downloaded dozens of breathing apps trying to find the perfect one. This might be the solution for me! It's so flexible that I feel like I don't need different apps to do different things because this does the different things in one app! Love it!
