4 stars: It took little while to figure this out but I did. Some of it was by accident. Watch the YouTube video it will help. Make sure it's plugged into your laptop and not the wallI have it on my router via wifi without the mv0000000 #. I just have to put an ad card in. Please put a more concise installation guide and you will get better reviews and happy campers. thanks
3 stars: If you could use this app with split screen in Android and turn the screen off while running the app in the background, I would rate it 5 stars. As it is, using it as a baby monitor requires me to give up my phone until the baby wakes up.
3 stars: does not connect to camera all the time too many attempts needed to get connected to camera . only like to say, it is better than nothing. very unreliable to view through this app.
3 stars: No longer sending alert notifications.. Plus everytime I open the app it wants to close.. The whole reason I want the camera is for the alert notifications.. Please fix this QUICKLY.
