3 stars: gps locations have to be double checked. Building names are different from actual addresses causing an issue between the driver and the purchaser
3 stars: Food discount promos featured here usually don't work for one reason or another. For me, it's more like just order click-bait. I usually end up ordering using other food ordering apps. I think the management needs to look into this.
3 stars: Though the food delivery experience was great, the availability or number of grab drivers accepting the book (especially during night/far dintances) wasn't. Waited for almost 30 minutes and still was not able to book a car, and this happened not once but twice. If they can fix this problem I'd rate the app 5-star easily.
3 stars: App works fine in general. However, even though adding overseas credit cards as payment methods worked, they cannot be used for payment (always fails, without a clear error message). Support unreachable (always says try later).
5 stars: Food are steaming hot, prawn paste chicken is salty and volume of food for medium size a bit small. It would be good to indicate the size so we know how much to order. Overall happy with the food.
