5 stars: I get great feedback on my quotes being descriptive and easy to understand. Being able to line item tasks and store for future quotes saves time and streamlines the process. I don't use for payment ...still old-fashioned ...but still see value in the application and service. Had a few minor clitches here and there but nothing major.
5 stars: Had an issue and their support team was able to help me resolve it quickly. Been with joist for about 3 years now and will continue to use the app
5 stars: I am very happy with this app! We run a small business and it's not always easy to get your invoices looking professional for your clients with minimal costs! With Joist, it's a piece of cake! It will almost do most of the work for you, it prepares and sync's with the accounting software that it uses, so year end is a snap! So happy I found this app! 3 stars: I love this app. I have had it for a few years now. I am not happy that you decided to charge for things that have been free this whole time. I remember that you guys had a video about the app claiming that it is and will remain free. I am fine that when new features are added there is an additional fee, but the charges for items that have always been free is not cool.
