4 stars: The trial version of the app is pretty easy to use. I like a lot of the in-app features, like how the AI interacts with the user and the tones, music and voices used.
5 stars: Very easy to follow, not overwhelming to start habit forming, felt very at ease at every step. The podcast type narratives are soothing are re-centering to listen to.
4 stars: Just started using the app and trying to figure it out. I find that it rushes me a bit. I'm hoping I can customize the timing.
5 stars: Even though my ADHD and neudivergency is being treated by a medical team, I need constant reminders, and building habits are very difficult. I have tried a few different apps, but few as well made, researched, and beautiful as this. It doesn't feel like a kids game, but it doesn't intimidate me either. Don't forget Circles to find others with goals or hurdles like you! It really has a beautiful community too! (Very inclusive)
3 stars: I am enjoying the small goals, and motivations for focusing on completing small tasks that help me get back into a better routine. I will be sad when the first free week is over, as I can't afford to pay dir this app.
5 stars: Really a great fit with where I am in my life now and where I aim to be in my future. Very intune with my choices in the quiz. It nudges without being all in your face about completing things which makes things enjoyable. Great flowing story line.
