4 stars: good gameplay, 1 star less due to international server is not properly managed , basically you can see China and HK server events are well designed , Dena never pay enough attention to international server and outcome is lesser spending from international server , endless loop.
4 stars: It's definitely a fun game, BUT I give a 4 star because customer service is no help when it comes to in-game bugs. Very grindy and fun game whether you run casuals or ranked.
3 stars: I like this game. But right after the last maintenance, i lost a trait which I got through the season pass reward. This is the 2nd time I encountered a problem after a maintenance. It's not a minor problem. The process getting that trait took patience and time. Materials to compensate for it is not valuable like a trait. It's almost a week since I passed a ticket about this and the relevant team is slow to solve this kind of issue.
4 stars: For the most part, I really like the game. Other than a few toxic players. Who take the game way to serious. Game play is good. Some mediocre charters (Oda, and few others cost way to many diamonds.) For basic moves that do not work so well in slam dunk rank. Also why after season 6, I can't install the new update I order to play?
