3 stars: The actual service is great, but the app is killing me recently. Sometimes it shows cars one minute, then in another, there would be no cars around. Or I'd go to a car and it's not there. Also, it gives errors when I click to view a past trip. Would also be nice to see the usage time or time off rental while using the car.
5 stars: Great experience overall. The app works well and is easy to navigate. It is a bit annoying to enter my home address each time, would be nice to have a default to home. Make the phone # easier to find, should be on the homepage. I have always had excellent service on the phone. Agents are polite and very helpful. Thank you for providing an easy app and affordable way to get around the city.
4 stars: concepts great and I use the service all the time. however, the UI def needs improvement. Adding the time the car was taken out for example helps a lot for daily rates; the amount of fuel left while reserving. And please bring designated parking areas especially in downtown so no more searching for parking.
3 stars: App is good when it works. Sometimes there are no cars anywhere, which seems unlikely. Sometimes I reserve a car and it's not where it says it is. Doesn't tell you how much your trip is costing until after the trip. As far as I can tell there is no way to change your service options. Again, when it works it's good, but there are a lot of bugs to work out.
