3 stars: I downloaded app for the color view feature, but I have only been able to get it to fully load 3 times. Tried multiple times yesterday and wasnt able to get it to fully load even once!! Currently have it open in another window trying again and even after 10 min it hasnt loaded. Giving 3 stars because when I am able to use it I really like the feature, just wish it was reliable.
3 stars: Great app but definitely needs a better order status/contact customer service option. I've had orders go into limbo (even though we're in a crazy time right now) and no way of knowing exactly what is going on. Sometimes the site says things are available but then they're not in stock magically 6 mins later and I just never receive items.
3 stars: This app is okay, HOWEVER! I'm not impressed with the shipping or payment methods. I just out an order in for 3 items, said that it will cost me $79...but when I got the email I was charged $114. Cant call customer support cause it's too late. Plus they wouldnt include the 3 items I needed most. Hense when I had to re order them
3 stars: Incredibly frustrated that the app is advertised as an option to arrange curbside/in-store pick up on Canadian stores when that's not the case. The app only offers in-store pick ups for the USA stores. The app itself isn't too bad. It's relatively easy to use.
