5 stars: Works amazing. Love it. Love that I can use the app to go different settings on my hearing aid or adjust the volume and the tones. Works great with my Samsung Galaxy 10.
5 stars: The app is very easy to use . App needs to have Android Bluetooth fixed with Lg Velvet. Needs more Android bluetooth compatible . Pair to Adroid needs alot of work . Please fix this . Thank you

3 stars: Not totally compatible with Android devices. Does not support hearing aid to bluetooth conections to audio/visual apps such as Youtube or Netfiix nor to telephone functions. Disappointing now that so many devices require dependable Bluetooth connectability.
3 stars: 50/50. While the app is simple enough to navigate, it sometimes only connects to one hearing, sometimes both. I never know which ear I will get my phone calls in. It disconnects itself from my phone. It will try to connect to the second hearing aid during a call, however causes more static. Thank you for your response, I look forward to a more stable connection
4 stars: Hi, I've only had my hearing aids a short time and the app even shorter. However when I eventually figured it out I found it's a wonderful piece of kit to have and use.
