3 stars: disappointing, at first it was fine. until one day, a driver had to cancel our order and made us and the store itself wait for half an hour. and we have no option to give a feedback nor report it. its kinda disappointing.. we waited for so long and this happened. didnt expect this to happen especially from grab. hope you can fix the options for feedback on cancelled orders too and your employees.
