5 stars: You gotta love Nike for this app. The app has many flaws, such as freezing the screen, sometimes audio will get lost, etc but the actual programs and workouts are impressive. Very engaging, with clear directions and effective encouragement and studio quality movie clips, you will want to take on the challenges. I always loved Nike products, but I am so grateful for this app that I only buy Nike now for all my needs. Thank you, Nike.
5 stars: This app is fantastic for stretching, warming up and cooling down after a workout..i appreciate the bodyweight workouts and always feel energized after a good sweat with these workouts. I appreciate that it's free and it's a great compliment to my running and riding training.
4 stars: App is great content wise, but there always seems to be something wrong with it. Buffering, and randomly appearing in foreign languages!
5 stars: This app always change the plan based on the level that is chosen. Its perfect. The explanation for each exercise is helpful and clear. The sets for each exercises are professoinal.
